2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made directly through our website. A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with trip details, meeting location, and departure time.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure: Full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable.

• No-shows: Non-refundable.

If weather or safety conditions prevent departure, With a Grain of Salt LLC reserves the right to reschedule your trip or provide a full refund at our discretion.

4. Weather Policy

Your safety is our top priority. Trips may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Decisions regarding cancellations are made solely by the captain, based on current conditions and forecasts.

5. Liability Waiver

All guests must sign a liability waiver before departure. By signing, you acknowledge the inherent risks of boating and water activities, including but not limited to swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. With a Grain of Salt LLC, its owners and employees are not liable for injuries, lost property, or damages incurred during the trip.

6. Alcohol and Conduct

Guests may bring alcoholic beverages aboard for personal consumption. Responsible drinking is expected at all times. The captain reserves the right to refuse service or return to port if guest behavior endangers safety or violates regulations. No illegal substances are permitted on board.

7. Safety Guidelines

All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided. Children under 13 must wear life jackets while on board. Unsafe conduct may result in trip termination without refund.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you grant With a Grain of Salt LLC permission to use photos or videos captured during your trip for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before departure.

9. Changes to Terms

With a Grain of Salt LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
